2 large heads of Garlic
1 tsp olive oil
4 lbs potatoes peeled and quartered
salt
8 tbsp ( 1 stick buter)
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake garlic with olive oil at 400 for about 30 minutes until soft. Peel. Boil the potatoes and mash them with the butter and heated cream .Stir in the roasted garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper.
