Grandma's Brisket Recipe

Brisket
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Pepper
Paprika
Onion soup mix (Goodmans preferred)

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from brisket
Season bottom of brisket with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and paprika (Grandma says don't be shy with the seasoning)
On the top side, season with garlic powder, pepper, paprika and onion soup mix
Cover tightly and cook at 275-300 degrees (very slow oven) for approximately five hours, depending on the size of the brisket
Uncover slice and serve with pan juices

Grandma is known far and wide for her delicious brisket,which she describes as the easiest thing in the world to make. Even so, no one has been able to duplicate the taste she achieves, simply the best! She swears it's as easy as this.
