2 frozen gefilte fish loaves
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 jar marinara sauce
1 bag frozen mixed veggies

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and green pepper and sauté in a little oil. Put mixture in baking dish
Unwrap the fish loaves and place them on top of the onions and peppers
Pour marinara sauce on top of the fish
Pour bag of frozen veggies all around the dish
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour
Remove cover and bake for an additional 25 minutes

One of the best things about welcoming someone into the family is gaining access to some new recipes! This one was passed on by Heather Douek before she even married Jon, and I know many “original” Parker women that are very grateful to her for it. It’s a bit of a twist on the traditional gefilte fish. A great Shabbos appetizer and a real crowd pleaser!
