Fresh or frozen salmon fillet, according to need
1 lg. onion, chopped
olive oil (or butter)
Paprika
Pinch of salt
Black pepper
Chopped fresh dill
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil in large frying pan.
Add salmon and sprinkle with paprika, pinch of salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle a few drops of soy sauce and 2-3 drops of worcestershire sauce on fish.
Add a few drops of water to pan.
Sprinkle chopped dill on top.
Cover and simmer on low flame for 7 minutes or until fish flakes.
Overcooking/baking salmon dries it out.

This is an easy, delicious salmon. It can be served to the family on Shabbos night or, when babysitting is available, for a nice romantic dinner for two.
