"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Reuven Moshe (and the kids) love this fruit soup. It's very refreshing, particularly in the hot Beit Shemesh summers. Also it's very versatile, as you can use any ingredients you have on hand, but the sour pitted cherries make the best base. Fruit soup should be sweet, but not dessert sweet, and a bit tart. Just be sure you serve it cold!
