1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 pound boned chuck or round (about 2" thick), cut into 8 pieces

Directions:
In hot fat in large, deep skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; add celery salt and pepper, and pour into skillet. Add meat; simmer, covered, over low heat, about 1 3/4 to 2 hours, or until meat is fork tender. Add whole onions, carrots and potatoes; simmer, covered, about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Mix flour with enough cold water to make a smooth paste - about 1/4 cup. Stir gradually into liquid in skillet; cook until thickened and serve garnished with snipped parsley. Makes 4 servings.
