1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium, non-corrodible saucepan stir together the sugar, orange juice and 1 3/4 c. cranberries. Bring to boil over moderately high heat and cook until the berries split, 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold the cooled cranberry mixture into the whipped cream and spoon the mousse into 6 stemmed dessert glasses, Garnish with the remaining 1/4 c. cranberries. Serve chilled.
