1 lg egg white
1 Tbsp water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
1 lb pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and salt set aside. In a large bowl mix egg white, pecans and water. Swish until frothy and well coated. Add sugar mixture to nuts, stir until well coated. Spray 12X15 cookie sheet, spread mixture out single layer and bake at 225º for 35-40 mins or until dry. Stir every 12-15 mins. Then cool
