3/4 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 large cabbage, shred
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 carrots, shavings or chopped
1 c. sugar sprinkled over vegetables

Directions:

Boil in medium pan the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard and salt.
Then pour over prepared vegetables.
