1 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 c. broccoli, cooked and chopped
1 avocado, chopped
⅔ c. tomatoes
½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 bunch red or green grapes, chopped
Pine Nuts (optional)

Dressing:
½ c. mayo
Touch of Catalina or French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients.
2. Toss salad ingredients gently then add dressing. Chill before serving.
*Great with pitas!
