1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. McCormick or Schillings chili seasoning mix
3 ½ c. water
1 can drained kidney beans
½ c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 beef bouillon cube
¼ c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in heavy saucepan; drain fat. Place ground beef in large pot and add can of undrained tomatoes, package chili seasoning mix, 3 ½ c. water, can of drained kidney beans, uncooked elbow macaroni, and the bouillon cube. Stir to mix, simmer covered for 20 min.
2. Ladle into 6 serving bowls (Optional: Top with 6 slices toasted French bread)
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over soup (or over French bread).
