3-4 pounds of cooked chicken (chopped fine)
2 cups chopped celery
1 medium onion - chopped
3 hard boiled eggs - chopped
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 paprika
1 cup mayonnaise - real mayonnaise
1/4 cup French Dressing (creamy)

Mix ingredients together.
Before serving add 2 cans shoestring potatoes

I got this recipe back in the early 60's when I worked at National Indemnity from Ione Giles. I usually do not add the shoestring potatoes because if it is not eating at that setting the potatoes become mushy.
