2 1/2-3 c. flour
3/4 c. crisco (10tbsp)

1 Tbsp. vinegar in 1/2 c. milk
set aside

(for squares use 3 3/4 c. flour 16 tbsp. crisco
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar and almost 1 c. milk

Directions:

Put flour in glass bowl.

Cut crisco into pieces and cut into flour with pastry blender

Add milk a little at a time and mix with fork towards side of bowl til
it sticks together

Form into ball

Can refrigerate or use immediately

If refrigerated, take out about 30 min. before using it. Cut in half then roll it out on floured wooden board with rolling pin, one half at a time.
