2 Angel Food Cakes from the bakery
1 box instant lemon pudding mix
2 c. cold milk for the pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) Light Cool Whip
2-3 c. variety of fresh or frozen berries
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix lemon pudding according to directions.
2. While you wait for it to set, cut cake into 1-in. thick layers with a serrated knife.
3. Whip the set pudding with the whipped topping to create a lemon mousse.
4. Layer the cake, mousse and berries in a trifle dish. Ready to serve. Keep refrigerated.
