2 9" unbaked pie shells
1 TBSP melted butter
1 cup shelled pecans
1 large can pumpkin (1lb13oz [NOT pie filling])
6 eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup dark brown syrup
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 -12 oz can evaporated milk (I use lowfat)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF Brush bottom of pie shells with melted butter. Sprinkle pecans evenly over bottom of pie shell.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into prepared pie shells.

Bake 55-60 minutes.
