2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup water
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 10x13" or larger baking pan. In large mixing bowl, stir together first 4 dry ingredients. In saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and oil until blended, then add to flour mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and blend well. Pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 min.
Icing: Mix sugar, milk and butter in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, marshmallows and vanilla until well blended. Spread over warm cake.
