1/2-1 lb of carrots, sliced
3 Tbsp butter, or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in a saucepan with an inch of water. Salt lightly. Cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and steam for 7-10 minutes, until carrots are tender. Drain. Place carrots in a bowl, set aside. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the carrots. Toss gently.
