Unwrap caramals (do not use choc. caramals) and place in a 2 qt casserole microwave safe dish. Add milk and microwave on high for 1-11/4 min. Stirring every 30 seconds. Add nuts and mix well. Drop by teaspoons on to buttered wax paper.
Combine choc morsels and wax. Microwave at Med for 3 to 4 min. Stir well and dip caramels into chocolate and return to was paper.
