Brownies:
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
5 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups butter
3 tsp. peppermint extract
2 1/4 cups flour
Frosting:
10 Tbsp butter
5 cups powdered sugar
5 tsp peppermint extract
5 Tbsp milk
Drizzle:
6 Tbsp butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Brownies: Beat eggs and sugar. In a small saucepan melt butter and chocolate. Add peppermint. Add chocolate mixture to eggs and sugar. Add flour. Grease and flour a sheet pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in fridge.
Frosting:
Cream all frosting ingredients together. Spread on brownies and return to fridge for 10 minutes.
Drizzle: Melt butter and chocolate and drizzle over top of frosted brownies. Return to the fridge to set up. Let sit at room temperature for 10-20 minutes before cutting and serving.
