1 c. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Flour
1 ½ c. Milk
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 box Vanilla Wafers
Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add to beaten egg yolks. Add milk and butter. Mix well and cook in a double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and let it cool. Add vanilla. In your bowl, put down a layer of vanilla wafers and then bananas and repeat. Pour pudding mixture over wafers and bananas.

You can put cool whip on it or use the egg whites and add 3 Tbsp. of sugar and whip until stiff. Spread over and bake at 425 degrees until top is golden brown.
