Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups sugar (This is far to much sugar. I would use about 1 cup)
1 package plus 6 ounces of cherry chips
12 large marshmallow
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 cup of margarine or butter

Topping:
1 package (12oz) chocolate chips
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
3 cups of crushed salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar, milk, salt, marshmallows, and margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla. Pour in a 9x13 inch pan. (I would suggest using a smaller pan)
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Add peanut butter and crushed peanuts Spread over the cherry mixture and chill

Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from my sister Shirley Ankeny. At the time she said that you could get the cherry chips from Walmart. They may be hard to find but it worth the effort.
