2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs - slightly beaten
2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
1 c. oil
Nuts and raisins (optional)

FROSTING:
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Enough milk to mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Slightly beat eggs, pumpkin, and oil.
3. Add to dry ingredients.
4. Mix well and add nuts.
5. Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 350º for 25 minutes.
6. While bars are slightly warm, mix frosting ingredients and frost bars.
