Slice 1-2 lbs of venison into small steak (1/2" x 1"x 3")
Dice onions
Mushrooms (optional)

In oiled frying pan, add diced onions and partially cook

Ad venison steak and fry to desired level of cooking

Serve on buttered rolls or as entree with mashed potatoes using the "pan leavings" as gravy
