1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 heaping c. flour
4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine and sugar in mixer. Add in eggs one at a time, then gradually add in flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in milk and vanilla. Pour into greased cake pan, setting aside a small amount for the next step.

Make a paste by mixing 1/4 c. cocoa with a small bowl of the batter. Marble cake in pan.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
