1-1/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. (small) lemon jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, ( or more)
1 c. fresh sliced strawberries, sweetened
1- 9 " baked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Stir in ice cream. Chill a few minutes, until thickened, but not set. Fold in strawberries. Turn into baked pie shell. Chill until firm, about 15 -20 minutes. Top with whipped cream and additional berries.
