Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c.oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
I use my big mixer with dough hook for this.

Mix flour and salt in mixer bowl.
Beat together eggs, oil and water. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix til soft dough forms.
Knead for 5 mins.

You may need to adjust flour as you mix if dough is too sticky. Just keep poking it with your finger until it feels soft, smooth and not too sticky. It's a practice thing.

Put dough in covered container and let rest for at least 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came with some very hokey plastic Perogie makers which we threw away but kept the recipe!

I often make dough the night before, cover and refrigerate til next day. Let it come to room temperature before proceeding.
