1 lb. Jimmy Dean spicy sausage
2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese
1 cup prepared Ranch Hidden Valley package, buttermilk
1 can black olives, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped

Mix. Heat on low until cheese melts.
Fill cups and bake until heated.

Wontons can be baked ahead of time. Wet sheets with pastry brush and push into mini muffin tin. Bake 5 minutes or till light brown. I store these in tupperware a day or two before use.
