1 can Mexican corn
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
1 jar pimento, drained and chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 small can sliced Jalapeņos
One small red onion
1 can black olives, sliced and chopped
1 small can green chilies
green onions, sliced

Dressing:
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and pour over bean mixture. Marinate overnight. Lasts in refrigerator a long time. Hint: Use at least one can of spicy black beans or two instead of reg black beans.
