1 c flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c sugar
1 c chopped nuts

1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip

1 pkg chocolate instant pudding (or any flavor)
3 c cold milk
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st 4 ingredients and press into bottom of baking dish. Bake 25 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread onto cooled crust.
Mix pudding and milk. Spread on top of cheese mixture,
Top with cool whip.
