1 Egg
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
2/3 Cup Half and Half
30 Club Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat 1 egg until fluffy. Add 1 can cream style corn and 1 can whole kernel corn (drained), ¼ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons butter, and 2/3 cup half and half.
Crush 30 club crackers. Save ¼ cup and mix the rest with the corn mixture. Place corn mixture in a buttered 1 ½ quart casserole.
Put remaining ¼ cup crackers on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Can be made earlier in the day. Double the recipe for large group.
