1 pound of ground beef, browned and drained
1/4 cup of dried chives (optional)
3 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
salt and pepper
1 can of mushroom soup
4 oz can of mushrooms, drained
pie shell - home made or from the store

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Beat eggs. Add soup and milk to eggs and blend well. Add remaining ingredients including cheese. Stir with hamburger. Put in unbaked pie shell. (Cover edges of crust with aluminum foil to prevent burning. I don't usually do this.) Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until brown on top. Add extra Swiss cheese to top during the last 15 minutes of baking. Cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
