4 thick cut pork chops
6 tbsp butter
1/4 white onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 lime, freshly squeezed
2 cups fresh blackberries
1/4 cup basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle pork with 4 tbsp melted butter.
Salt and pepper chops generously.
Grill (or bake) until cooked through
In saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add Onions, garlic--cook until softened.
Pour vinegar, sugar and lime juice into saucepan-cook until bubbling. Then, add blackberries. Cook 3-5 minutes until berries are soft and sauce is thick.
Drizzle sauce over chops and serve.
