8 oz package of egg noodles
1/4 - 1/2 cup of butter or margarine
8 - 12 oz of stew beef
1 T of flour
1 tsp of dry mustard
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Small can of mushrooms
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup of sour cream
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into small pieces. In a small bowl, stir flour, mustard, salt, pepper and mushrooms with their liquid until well blended. Melt 1/4 cup of butter. Cook meat and onion. Stir in mushroom mixture and stir constantly over medium heat till mixture thickens. Stir in sour cream and heat but don't boil.

While you are making the above mixture, you can also prepare the noodles. When done, drain, stir in 2 tablespoons of butter and keep them warm.

Serve beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.

This recipe is very small and serves only 2-3 people. It can easily be doubled or tripled.
