8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, melted
1 loaf white bread (Wonder)
Sour cream
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar. Beat well. Trim bread and flatten with rolling pin. Spread mixture on bread. Roll up each piece of bread; dip in melted butter; then in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Cut in thirds. Bake at 350 F. for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
