2 lbs. scrod
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
Dast of Tobasco pepper sauce
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbl minced parsley
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe scrod with damp towel. In skillet, melt 1/3 butter. Saute onion in butter until it is tender and translucent. Add lemon juice and Tobasco. Combine bread crumbs with mustard, parsley, salt & pepper. Mix bread crumbs with butter-lemon sauce. Lay scrod on foil lined broiler rack. Dot with remaining butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Broil 5 min. Turn and top with crumbs. Broil approx. 5 min. more or until cooked through. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
