1 box butter yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1oz. red food coloring
1 cup oil
1 8oz. tub sour cream
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans.
Mix cake mix and cocoa. Add sour cream, sugar, oil and eggs. Beat and add food coloring. Pour into pans and bake for 30 min. Cool before icing.
Icing: Cream butter and cream cheese until very smooth. Stir in vanilla, then powdered sugar until well blended. Spread on cooled cake layer, then stack and spread over rest of cake.
