5 egg yolks ( 7*)
1 cup confectioners’ sugar ( 1 ½ *)
¼ cup flour ( 1/3 * )
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cocoa ( 7*)
3 tablespoons cocoa ( 7*)
1 teaspoon vanilla ( 1 ½ *)
5 egg whites beaten to a stiff peak ( 7*)

Directions:

Beat yolks until thick, add dry ingredients, blend, add vanilla. Fold egg whites. Spread in sheet pan 10 ½ x 15 lined with wax paper. Bake 375 for 15 to 20 minute. Turn out on paper towels, sprinkle with 10X sugar. Put on wax paper and roll up. Filled when cooled with cream filling or ice cream and re-roll.
