1 ½ Cup flour
½ cup confectioners sugar
Salt
½ cup margarine
1 egg yolk

Filling:
2 cups semi sweet chocolate melted
1 Tbsp milk, heated
1 Tbsp cocoa, add to chocolate
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolk

Crust:
Mix and chill 1 hour, roll, place in pie plate, bake 400 degrees til just golden brown.

Add to filling
4 egg whites beat to soft peaks, add ½ cup sugar beat til stiff. Blend into chocolate mixture. Spread raspberry jam over crust. Pour chocolate filling on top and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle warm tart with 10x sugar.
