1_pkg (3 oz) cream cheese
1 Tbsp sugar
½ cup milk
1 1/3 cups Baker’s Angel flake coconut
3 ½ cups Birds Eye Cool Whip thawed
½ teaspoon almond extract (opt )

1 Keebler Graham Cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl until softened; beat in sugar. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.
2. Fold in coconut, whipped topping and extract.
3. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hour. Garnish with toasted coconut and maraschino cherries, if desired. Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
