2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 farm fresh eggs, beaten (Price's:)
2 tsp baking soda
20 oz can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick of butter, softened
1 1/2 cups of confectionery sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bow, mix flour, sugar, eggs, pineapple, baking soda, vanilla & 1/2 c chopped walnuts. Pour into greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean). Cool.

Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, butter, confectionary sugar, vanilla until smooth. You may have to add a little more confectionery sugar. Spread over cooled cake and top with remaining nuts!

This is a favorite recipe from Aunt Ellen Bartley. She was an amazing cook and lady! This is an easy, but tasty little recipe!! Almost like carrot cake!
