Bottle of Ken's Steakhouse Lite Olive Oil Vinaigrette
2 small seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Option 2
2 small seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with slotted spoon

Option 2
Toss cucumbers and onions with
dill, juice, oil, sugar & salt.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
