Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp soda
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
Sift flour, cream of tartar and soda, combine sugar and cut in butter as pastry, then add egg. Pour into pan and bake 15 minutes 350 degrees cool.
Filling:
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
Juice and rind of one lemon
Blend well, then cook, cool and spread
Topping:
2 cup cocoanut
1 egg
3/4 cup white sugar

Beat egg, add sugar and blend well. Add cocoanut. Spread on filling. Broil until brown
