Directions:
First thing you do is get a pot of water boiling. When cooking pasta it is important to put a lot of salt in the pot, about a tablespoon or two & some olive oil as well so the noodles do not stick. While waiting for the water to boil, get the rest of the ingredients. You will need rigatoni noodles, 4 tiny cans of tomato sauce, a regular size block of cheddar cheese (grated), one stick of butter & your choice of seasoning, for example, oregano or italian seasoning, chopped garlic, salt & pepper. You can also get out things you would like on a pizza such as pepperoni, sausage, olives, onions, green peppers & other such items. You may want to make 2 batches, one plain and one with pepperoni and/or other items.

By now the water should be boiling, so throw in the rigatoni noodles. While the noodles are cooking, get another pot and combine the following ingredients: 4 tiny cans of tomato sauce, 1 can of water & one stick of butter. Also preheat the oven to 350. When the butter is melted, add the grated cheddar cheese & the seasonings. Cook those on medium until the cheese is completely melted, but make sure you stir from time to time so the cheese doesn't burn on the bottom.

The noodles should be done, so drain them (follow the box instructions for al dente). You don’t have to rinse them with cold water because next you bake the pasta. Put the pasta in a baking dish, approximately 9 x 13, rectangular. When the cheese is melted, add the rest of the ingredients if there are any because it is the stuff you like on pizza. My favorite is with pepperoni so that is all I would add & my suggestion for trying for the first time. Pour the hot mixture on top of the pasta. Put aluminum foil over the dish so the noodles don't get too crispy. After 25 minutes take the aluminum foil off & bake for 10 more minutes. Your pizzaroni is ready to eat!!!! You might want to eat the whole thing yourself but if you decide to share, serve it with an Italian salad & garlic bread but it is delicious all by itself!!!!

This is Ken's favorite dish hands down!!! If she could eat it every day every meal she would!!! Even now when I visit Ken I bring her Pizzaroni. She loves it so much it is the only thing she has learned how to cook in her sleep & she does NOT cook!!! She did a report on it in High School & displayed the process of making it for her photo class. You might say she is obsessed with the dish!!! Her eyes get as big as silver dollars when she finds out a batch is in the oven!!! Even better, it is probably the easiest recipe in the world!!!
