Ingredients:  
3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed/or just mashed if from a can)
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2/ tsp. of salt
1/3 stick of margarine
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. of vanilla

Topping:
1 cup of brown sugar 1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 cup of chopped nuts 1/2 cup of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour in a 9x11 inch baking dish. Mix topping and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
Serve with ham or turkey, green beans, green salad and rolls.
