Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large oranges
2 unpared red apples
4 pounds of fresh cranberries
2 cups (or less, to taste) of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel oranges. Reserve half of one peel. Wash berries, drain and remove stems. (I usually find that it's easier to process the cranberries in a food processor if they are frozen.) Put apples, orange peel, and cranberries in a food processor or food chopper. Add oranges to food processor. (Basically, you will get the juice from the oranges but not the pulp.) Put processed fruit in a bowl and add sugar. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Makes one quart.
