1 1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1 farm fresh egg (Price's of course!)
1 2/3 c flour
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c rolled oats
Nutella
hazelnuts or candied cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Cream butter, sugar & egg together. Mix in flour, cocoa, baking soda & rolled oats. Mix well. Roll spoonfuls of the mixture into balls & place on cookie sheets approximately 1" apart. Dip a thumb in flour & press into the center of each cookie to make an indent. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. When cool spoon in Nutella and top with a hazelnut or candied cherry.

These are one of my favorite cookies to make at Christmas! They are not real sweet, but very tasty! I usually make a double batch!
