1 1/2 sticks of butter softened
3/4 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 extra large farm fresh eggs (My fav - Price's Farm Fresh!)
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c unbleached flour
2/3 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 c quick oats
1/4 c flaxseed meal (optional)
1/4 c wheat germ (optional)
1 - 1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs & vanilla until creamy. Mix dry ingredients. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet and press with fork to make a criss cross. Bake 350º for about 9 minutes until lightly brown! Enjoy!
