2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1 large can (28 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz) can beef consommé soup
1 (10 oz) can French Onion soup
1 C. water
½ t. parsley flakes
¼ t. Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
¼ t. pepper
¼ C. celery tops, chopped
3 carrots, diced or chopped
1 C. bow tie pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pan, melt butter and cook ground beef. Drain any fat from the meat. Add the rest of the ingredients except pasta. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to a slow, simmer and cook for 45 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a separate pan until al dente. Drain and add to soup.
