4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 cans (13 oz. each) or 3 1/2 c. half & half cream

2 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º Combine filling ingredients in order given; divide evenly into 2 pie shells. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º

2. Bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of each pie comes out clean.

3. Cool; garnish with whipped cream.

Makes 2 pies.
