4 to 5 ears of corn
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg.
2 T. milk
1/4 c. flour
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn off the ears. Scrape any milk off the cobs, too.
Combine all the ingredients with a fork. Adjust ingredients for consistency. Should be like a small pancake with lots of corn. Not too much batter.
Using a 1/4 cup measure, make fritters in a skillet. Fry them in a little cooking oil until bubbles start top form. Flip and cook until done.
